It's entitled When Harry Met Sally 2 and features Billy Crystal, Helen Mirren and one Mike Tyson. Yes, Mike Tyson. You can watch the entire video for the 'film' over here, but our fave is the cameo of Tyson, for which FOD have released an 'extended cut' of his scene. See that one below. Yep.
